Biography

Graduated from Bolton St DIT in 2005 in Geomatics BSc (Hons) in 2005. Following this I worked for a year in the area of geographic information systems (GIS) with NTL in Dublin. I started work as an archaeological surveyor in 2007 where I worked for 2 years with Margaret Gowen and Company. I joined The Discovery Programme in September 2009. Since I joined The Discovery Programme I have worked on a number of different sites and projects. I have also helped to develop our use of the terrestrial laser scanner to survey large areas of terrain for DTM production and helped with the introduction of the object scanner as a survey tool for The Discovery Programme. I have also been doing work to develop and produce 3 dimensional reconstructions of historic buildings and their historic surroundings.
