A conference on ‘Climate, environment, settlement and society: changing historic patterns in Ireland’ will be held in All Hallows, College, Dublin on 24-6 February. It is organised by the Group for the Study of Irish Historic Settlement, the Irish Environmental History Network and the Discovery Programme.
