3D Laser Scanning for Heritage (second edition) Two case studies submitted by the Discovery Programme have been published in the second edition of the English Heritage publication, 3D Laser Scanning for Heritage, which can be downloaded in pdf format.

This is one of the outcomes of the Heritage3D project, sponsored by English Heritage and undertaken by the School of Civil Engineering and Geosciences at Newcastle University. The project aims to develop and support best practice in laser scanning for archaeology and architecture, and to disseminate this best practice to users.

The Discovery Programme (Robert Shaw) is a member of the Editorial Board for phase two of the Heritage3D project.
